Cortland Partners, LLC purchased a 5.9-acre site at 1001 Lake Mills Ave. in Orlando for $3.4 million, or about $27 per square foot, from The Wagner Family Living Trust of Seminole County. The site was the location of the former Lake Mills Elementary School and is near the intersection of Lee Road and Edgewater Drive in College Park. Cortland Partners plans to develop a 300-unit apartment complex on the site called Mason at College Park. The project will consist of one five-story building with 281 units and one three-story townhome building with 19 units. The land will be subdivided into four lots ranging in size from 1.44 acres to 2 acres before construction starts this summer, according to records filed with Orange County. Mason will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units with interior features including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, crown molding and oversized windows; community amenities include a pool courtyard, outdoor kitchen/grilling station and fitness center. Cortland Partners is a large multifamily developer based in Atlanta that builds luxury apartments throughout Georgia and Florida.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath along with its own private balcony overlooking Lake Monroe.

Our luxury condo is located in Orlando and has a beautiful view of the golf course. It is fully furnished with a gourmet kitchen, comfortable living area and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the pool and onsite tennis courts. There are two other balconies which overlook the golf course. We have a three car garage and plenty of space for parking.
Our condo is located right next to the clubhouse where you can enjoy drinks at the bar or a meal at the restaurant. Our building is also within walking distance to downtown Orlando with all of its shopping, dining and entertainment options.
