ModusGolf doesn’t have a support team or a ticketing system behind it — messages go to whoever maintains the site and get read. Questions, corrections, tool bugs, and ideas for new calculators are all welcome.
There’s no fixed response time to promise — it depends on volume — but every message gets read, and most get a reply.
What’s useful to send
- A wrong or confusing result from one of the tools — say which one (the Stableford Points Calculator and the Golf Shot Distance Adjuster are the two people ask about most) and what you entered.
- A broken link, a layout problem, or anything that doesn’t work on your device.
- A calculator you wish existed, or a question the current tools don’t answer.
- Corrections to anything in The Golf Museum, the learn section, or the blog.
What this isn’t
This isn’t a channel for swing coaching, medical or fitness questions, or official handicap disputes — for those, talk to a qualified instructor, a medical professional, or your club’s handicap committee. ModusGolf isn’t affiliated with the USGA, the R&A, or any equipment brand, and can’t speak on their behalf.
