There are many different ways to exercise outside. I have always loved Golf because it is a fun and relaxing way to get out and be active.

If you are like me, you have probably been spending a lot of time inside lately. I have been working from home and trying to stay safe during the pandemic. The weather has been amazing, which makes it all the more difficult to stay indoors. In an effort to get some exercise outside while still being safe, I have recently started playing outdoor adventure golf.

Adventure golf is one of my favorite activities because it is fun and easy to do with friends or family while maintaining social distance. Many courses use natural obstacles like sand traps, water hazards, and slopes, which means you get a workout walking around the course and swinging your club at the ball. Some courses also have bridges and hills that can add elevation to your daily steps.

Adventure golf is perfect for people of all ages and skill levels because each hole is par 1. Even if you are not great at golf, you can still enjoy a round or two with friends or family. One of my favorite things about adventure golf is that it is accessible to everyone!

The UK has over 300 golf courses, and that doesn’t include driving ranges, pitch and putt or adventure golf. Golf is a very popular sport in the UK. It’s a great way to exercise, and is also a very social game that can be played by all ages.

With ‘all ages’ in mind, this article will focus on adventure golf, a new version of the sport that is really gaining popularity. Adventure golf is a ‘crazy’ version of the game, with obstacles and hazards to negotiate around the course. It’s also known by some as mini-golf or crazy golf!
