Here are 5 golf tips to help your junior get better:

1. Grip

Getting the perfect grip can be challenging but with professional help, it can make a big difference in their game. The most important thing to remember while gripping the golf club is that the “V” between their thumb and forefinger needs to point towards their right shoulder (left handed players) on each hand. This will make it easier for them to swing through the ball properly and keep it in the air longer.

2. Posture

Posture can also be a challenge for some juniors but with time and patience, it gets easier! It is important that they stand tall with their knees slightly bent when swinging through the ball as this will help them maintain balance as well as increase power from their core.
