How to Prepare for an Annual Trip

January 16, 2012

This year I am planning on going to Hidden Valley Golf Course in New York City. In this post I will explain how the trip is planned, where I plan on staying, and what my expectations are.

I will be flying out of Logan Airport in Boston Massachusetts on May 16th and landing at JFK International Airport in New York City early afternoon. I will then take a taxi to my hotel which is about 20 minutes away from the airport. My hotel is located right near the beach, so I can go swimming if there is nice weather. However, if it rains then I will probably spend most of the day inside my hotel room watching television or talking with my parents.

On May 17th, I will wake up and have a nice breakfast at the hotel restaurant before heading on over to Hidden Valley Golf Course. The course is about 30 minutes away by car, so I will be taking a taxi there as well. The course is beautiful and relaxing, so I will probably spend most of the day there enjoying myself and playing golf. If time permits, there may be time for a trip to the beach after golfing that day.

May 18th is our last full day in New York City before we

**How to Prepare for an Annual Trip**

For many golfers, a yearly trip is something to look forward to all year long. While planning and preparing for the trip there are a few important things to keep in mind. Whether you are planning on going by yourself or with some buddies, these tips will help make your trip one to remember.

**Pick Your Destination Carefully**

Perhaps the most important step to planning a successful golf vacation is picking your destination carefully. You want to pick a location that offers a variety of golf courses, so you can be sure to find one that fits your skill level, budget and personal tastes. Some locations may include more challenging courses, which is perfect if you are traveling with a group of friends who have similar golf skills and interests. Others may offer green fees that are less expensive, making them ideal for those traveling on a budget. Make sure you do enough research beforehand so that you can pick the course that is right for you.

**Book Accommodations Early**

If you are planning on playing at a popular golf destination or during peak season (or both), it’s important that you book your accommodations early. Unfortunately, if you wait too long or try to book at the last minute

Preparing for an annual trip to the Hidden Valley Golf Course is a lot of fun. Being organized and making plans as far as possible in advance will make the trip much easier. The course has lots of activities and other things to do besides golf so you will want to plan what you want to do before you get there.

The Hidden Valley Golf course is on one of the most beautiful courses in the world. It has won awards for being one of the best courses in Florida. Even if you are not going to play golf, you will want to take advantage of all that it has to offer. You will never see another place like it on earth. The location is very convenient being close to other tourist attractions but still being secluded enough for you to have a quiet time away from everything.

Many people plan their annual vacations around this trip because they can find so many fun things to do there. They have a large pro shop with all kinds of merchandise from golf clubs, balls, tees and other equipment that can be bought or rented so that you don’t need to bring your own clubs if you don’t want too. There are also clothes and other items for sale.

There are many ways to get there including by car, plane or train but flying is

My friends and I have been going on annual trips for the past few years. We usually go on the same exact trip, but we like to keep it fresh and new by planning a little bit differently each year.

This year my friends and I decided to go to Hidden Valley golf course in Palm Springs, California. It’s one of the best courses in the area, so we knew we would be in for a good time. The last two years we went to different courses in Palm Springs so we didn’t really need to spend much time preparing for our trip since we had done it so much before.

This year since we were going to a new course, and since I was making all the arrangements, I wanted to make sure everything would go as smoothly as possible. The first thing I did was get a detailed map of where the course was and where our hotel was located.

I then made sure that I had enough money saved up for our trip and that I had paid off all my bills so that I wouldn’t have any unpleasant surprises when I got back home.

Next, I checked the weather forecast in Palm Springs for the week of our trip so that I could bring appropriate clothing along with me.

Then, after making

It’s time to start planning your annual golf trip with your buddies. You’ve been looking forward to this getaway all year long and you want to make sure everything goes just right. Paying attention to the little details will help ensure the trip turns out great, so follow these tips to make sure you are prepared:

1. Make sure everyone knows where you are going. Find out who has golf clubs and who will need to rent them. Make a list of what each person needs, then call the golf course in advance and make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

2. Find out what the weather will be like during your trip. If it’s going to be cold or rainy, make sure you pack accordingly. Rain jackets and warm-up pants can help keep you warm and dry on the fairway, while extra socks can come in handy if it rains a lot and your feet get wet inside your shoes.

3. Plan meals for the entire trip. Whether you opt to eat in restaurants or cook in a kitchen at your hotel, having a plan will help ensure you don’t forget anything important, like utensils or cooking oil. Don’t forget snacks for the drive there too

Every year I make a golf trip to Florida, and every year it is a blast. This blog will go through the process of planning and preparing for my trip.

The first order of business is finding out who is going on the trip. The group usually changes slightly from year to year as some people cannot go while others can make it. For this reason it is important to start asking people early if they want to go, so you know who will be available and how many people you need to plan for.

Once we know who is going, the next step is figuring out what dates we want to go. We usually try to pick a weekend in March that works for everyone and then make sure not to schedule any other events for that time period. After we have settled on a weekend, the next step is booking hotels and tee times at the golf courses we will play during our stay in Florida.

This process of planning may seem daunting but it’s really very simple once you get into it. Next week I will discuss the fun part: picking where to eat!

It’s that time of year again, when you can finally take a couple days off from work to go down to the golf course in Palm Springs with your buddies. You’ve been planning this trip for months and have finally booked the hotel, but you’ve forgotten the most important part: how to prepare for it. In this blog post, I’ll outline some tips I use each year to make sure my golf game is on point before I get there.

I like to start by thinking about what kind of player I am. Am I a newbie? A pro? Somewhere in between? If you’re a newbie, it’s important to practice your swing at least once or twice before heading down to Palm Springs. A lot of people don’t realize just how much different hitting balls into the desert can be than hitting them into the grassy backyard of their home. If you’re a pro, then there are plenty of other things you should focus on instead; things like learning how not to hit sand traps or water hazards when playing with friends who are less skilled than yourself (and who might want some pointers).

Once you’ve figured out where exactly on the spectrum of skill levels you fall, then it’s time to decide what clubs will be best suited for this trip
