Although there are no hotels in Uinta, there plenty of places to stay in Kamas and Park City, both only about 15 minutes away.

The course has C-1 greens and is typically in good shape from open to close each year. There are a variety of tee boxes that make it fun for all levels of players. The holes range from long par 4’s to short par 3’s with rolling hills and trees surrounding the entire course. If you have time, definitely stop by this hidden gem on your way back from the Salt Lake City airport or even after playing some rounds at Homestead Resort or Wasatch Mountain State Park.

The Uinta Mountains are located in eastern Utah. They rise to over 13,000 feet and include the highest peaks in the state. The Uintas are also home to Uinta National Forest, which is known for its beautiful scenery including lakes and streams.

Uinta National Forest provides more than 3 million acres (12,000 km2) of public lands with numerous recreation opportunities, including hiking, fishing, camping, boating, swimming, horseback riding and ATV use. The Forest also offers hunting opportunities for mule deer and elk during hunting season.
